Chanting can awaken dormant centres of the brain, altering the quality of your consciousness,
creating a profound inner stillness, and nourishing the needs of the soul.
Our group will practise chanting in Sanskrit, the ancient sacred language of India.
We will incorporate Pranayama and Mudras into our practise as well as many different chants
for energising, healing and meditation.
